This report takes responsibility for the analysis test of the samples only. If there is any question or query of the analysis result, please contact the engineering department of the Aegis China Anti-mold Co., Ltd. with report number.

1. 来样自完成检测之日起，本中心保存一个月，如因对分析结果有疑议提

出复检，请在一个月内通知艾浩尔（中国）有限公司工程部。微生物检测不复检。
From the date of completing test, we will keep the samples for one month. If any rechecking requirement on the analysis result，please inform the engineering department of the Aegis China Anti-mold Co., Ltd.  within one month. Microbe test shall not be retested.

1. 报告打“*”项目为还未通过广东省计量认证和中国实验室国家认可委

员会认可的能力范围内的项目。
The report with "*" items are those that haven't passed the scope of capacity items of Guangdong Metrology Accreditation and CNACL.

1. 本分析报告涂改无效。

This analysis report is invalid if altered.

1. 未经本中心书面批准，不得部分复制本报告。

This report can not be partly copied if not allowed by our written approval.
附：《产品质量检测机构计量认证管理办法》第四条规定，经计量认证合格的产品质量检验机构所提供的数据，用于微生物数据分析、贸易出证，产品质量评价，成果鉴定作为参考数据。
